The Tekfocus Knowledge Center

Our goal at TekFocus is to provide the best knowledge transfer experience for our clients, both inside and outside the classroom. As any attendees to our Instructor Led Training (ILT) courses at our facility already know, we do not believe that the training ends with the class. We have and will continue to ensure that our clients have contact information for the highly specialized technical specialists for issues that may arise after class. As we have grown over the years, it has become difficult to answer each and every email. We’ve also found that many questions are applicable to the audience as a whole. To that end, we have added our Knowledge Center to our website to provide our clients another method of receiving technical information from TekFocus’ highly trained technical specialists. The purpose of this forum is to allow our Technical Consultants and Trainers to provide answers, insight and feedback to common questions outside of the classroom environment in a blog format to not only support our clients, but the technical community as a whole.
