• No Cancellation Guaranteed Class Schedule - all public classes are guaranteed to run with one or more attendees
• Employer Training Protection Plan - if an employer sends an employee to training and that employee resigns or is terminated within 1 year of the class, that employees' replacement can retake the same class with no additional charge
• Resit policy - an attendee may resit the same class, as many times as needed, within 1 year of the original class
• Corporate Audit Privilege - an employer may send an employee to the first half-day of any class to ensure it is the class needed, at no charge
