We work with your company’s management, education, and IT teams to define the components of your solution. Some of the issues discussed will be timelines, budgets, employee retention, certification process support, internal marketing and communication. Together, we will create an Education Solution vision statement aligning your company’s strategic and IT goals.

Analyze - Skill Readiness Analysis

Our team of experts determines your employees’ current knowledge base, and compares it to the skill sets they will need to support your new technology. We create a Readiness Review report by conducting departmental and project assessment interviews and analyzing individual learning styles. With this baseline measurement, our Training Development Team customizes a solution specific to your needs.

Develop - Custom Training Development

TekFocus builds training solutions based on Readiness Review findings. We may suggest curriculum tracks based on department/job function, and will design customized courses where appropriate. Our solutions incorporate classroom and online training featuring Microsoft Official Curriculum (MOC), development of company-specific courses and courseware, and other strategies identified in the vision statement.

Deliver - Solution Implementation

Once your training solution is complete, we’ll assist in implementing the solution through the communication strategy that was defined during the “envision” phase of our process.

Measure - Return on Learning Investment

During the final phase of our process, we review and refine your solution, troubleshoot issues, and document repetitive processes.
