Employer Training Protection Plan – if an employer sends an employee to training and that employee resigns or is terminated within (1) year of the original class, that employee’s replacement can retake the same class with no additional charge.
Resit policy – an attendee may resit the same class, as many times as needed for as long as the class if offered. (This policy does not apply to students who have taken classes via TVC – TekFocus Virtual Classroom)
Corporate Audit Privilege – an employer may send an employee to the first half-day of any class to ensure it is the class needed, at no charge.
